Players please ...

 

report to the Junior Manager for sign-in on arrival at each session. It is essential that we know who is present. Arrive promptly for sessions and be prepared to start at 2pm.

 

Parents please ...

 

ensure the Junior Manager has your contact details and that you have signed the Disclaimer to allow your daughter to participate in training sessions. Please ensure that you accompany your daughter to the pitch.

 

 

What to wear

  • Mouth guard is compulsory for all training and matches
  • Protective goggles are highly recommended
  • Lacrosse Stick may be available to borrow and new sticks are available to purchase for £25.
  • Football boots or cleats (trainers are OK in dry weather)
  • Suitable sports clothing (layers and gloves are recommended for the winter months)
